PERMANENT ROUTES

Beauty can be experienced at any time: discover Umbria 365 days a year through the permanent SN paths.

If you need to rent a bike, you can do it in our Bike point  which is open all year round.

If, on the other hand, you want to discover the most authentic part of our region or you want to be guided on your bike trip, our cycle guides will take you to discover the extraordinary and hidden places of Umbria.

Valle Umbra wine Route

Length 136 km | Difference in altitude 1200m dsl + | Difficulty 2/3

Starting from Spoleto, take the Spoleto Assisi cycle path, meeting some of the most beautiful villages in Umbria, such as Campello sul Clitunno, Pissignano, Trevi, Bevagna and Cannara. Once in Assisi, you reach the Basilica of San Francesco and that of Santa Chiara passing through the characteristic medieval streets of the village. A climb up to Montefalco, home of Sagrantino, to then descend towards the Martane hills touching the villages of Castel Ritaldi, Francocci, Uncinano and Sant’Angelo in Mercole, and finally Spoleto.

Valnerina Route bdc

Length 152 km | Difference in altitude 3600m dsl + | Difficulty 3/3

Il percorso più impegnativo dal punto di vista altimetrico, che potrà essere affrontato in un solo giorno o diviso in due.
Partendo da Spoleto per Forca di Cerro, si raggiunge Sant’Anatolia di Narco, da dove inizia la salita più impegnativa del giro fino al valico di Gavelli. Dopo una bella discesa panoramica sui monti Sibillini si raggiunge Monteleone di Spoleto, per poi proseguire verso Cascia. Passando per piccoli paesini come Avendita e Aliena si giunge a Norcia, Preci, Forca di Ancarano e Forca di Cerro, prima di ritornare a Spoleto.

E-MTB

Length 25 km | Difference in altitude 1016 m dsl + | Difficulty 2/3

Traveling along the Old Railway to the town of Eggi, go up to the Caprareccia bridge. It goes down again through the Borgiano ditch and climbs up to the Cava della Vallocchia and Monteluco, and then descends through a fantastic single-track called PierloLine.
